At NestLoom Decor, we strive to deliver high-quality décor products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only after we receive the returned product.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to the customer.

  • Any product that is used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Inspection Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect the item.

  • The refund decision will be made only after verification that the product matches the original condition at the time of dispatch.

3. Mandatory Photos & Video

  • Customers must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video at the time of delivery if the product is:

    • Defective

    • Damaged

    • Broken

  • Claims without proper photos or video evidence may not be accepted.

4. Refund Conditions

  • If the returned product is verified and approved, a refund will be issued after deducting 10% of the product value.

  • The 10% deduction covers handling, packaging, and processing charges.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, and valid photo/video proof has been provided:

    • A refund will be issued after 10% deduction from the product amount.

  • NestLoom Decor reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after inspection.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product is returned in a different condition than delivered

  • No photos or video proof is shared for damaged items

  • Damage occurred due to customer handling

  • Return request is raised after the allowed return period (if applicable)

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
